Patterson led from start to finish and cruised to an 81-39 win over Digital Harbor, sweeping the season series.
The Clippers (14-3, 7-2 Baltimore City) got a balanced effort, with 10 players scoring, and drew a running clock in the third quarter. It is the second time Patterson has beat Digital Harbor by 42 points this season; it won in Federal Hill, 71-29.
Koran Moore led all scorers with 17 points and added eight rebounds, two steals and a block. Tyquan Pointer finished with 12 points, four rebounds, two assists and four steals.
Patterson forced Digital Harbor into 23 turnovers and held it to 30.4 percent shooting from the floor. It also out-rebounded the Rams 39-28.
Richard Hibbert was the third scorer in double figures, finishing with 10 points, six assists and five steals. Gary Blackston had nine points, six rebounds, two assists and four steals.
Dereck Oliver played the role of distributor, finishing with seven points and dishing out seven assists. As a team, Patterson assisted on 24 of its 27 field goals.
Demetrich Williams (nine points, four rebounds, three assists), Christion Adams (six points, five rebounds), Daquan Jones (five points, two rebounds, two steals), Earl Ross (three points, seven rebounds), and G’Waun Williams (three points) rounded out the scoring for Patterson.
The JV team also completed a season sweep of Digital Harbor with a 61-45 win. Juma Putman and Tyrell Williams had 13 points each andDaquan Heath had 11 points.
The Clippers are back in action when on Tuesday when they travel to Edmondson. JV tips at 3:45 p.m. and varsity at 5:15 p.m.
