Aquille Carr scored a game-high 32 points and Shakir Brown added 15 rebounds and five blocks as Patterson defeated Digital Harbor, 85-77, in its third home game of the season.
Carr made 11 of 15 shots from the field, including two three pointers, and 8 of 14 free throws to pace the Clippers (8-2), who shot 58 percent on the night. Myrek Lee-Fowlkes had 12 points, Devin Hebron had 10 points and nine players in total got on the score sheet for Patterson.
The Clippers outscored Digital Harbor 27-10 in the second quarter to go into halftime up 41-23. They led by double digits for much of the second half before a late Digital Harbor charge.
Nyme Manns contributed eight points and six rebounds and Leonard Livingston had five points, six rebounds and four blocks.
Patterson returns to action on Friday night when it travels to undefeated Dunbar.
